Competitor Profiling : LAB Profile Workshop
The workshop is an intensive outcome based, experiential training programme. The focus is on the application of the LAB Profile in the context of each delegate's area of interest.
This is a unique and the only training workshop in South Africa which specialises in Interactive Language and Behavioural Profiling as a way to increase a company's competitive advantage through understanding and impacting people's behaviour.
The LAB Profile is an interactive behavioural analysis tool that can be used formally or informally and even indirectly/remotely, to understand, predict and impact on both human and organisational behaviour by observing everyday language and behaviour to get the feel of people or the organisations' functioning.

- Basic Calibration Skills (Reading People)
- Basic Rapport Skills
- Elicitation & Criteria
- Motivation Sources, Levels and Reasons
- Decision Factors
- Working Styles, Organisation, Scope
- Convincer Channel and Mode
- Integration
- Profile Exercises
The workshop is presented over three working days with a further assignment that has to be completed within two weeks after attending the course.
The workshop is accredited by the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and attendees are expected to comply with the minimum standards for the practical work (assignment) and to pass a written test before the certificate is issued.
The workshop is accredited by the Intelligence and Counterintelligence Academy (IACA).
Guest speakers are utilised. Attendees are required to partake in group and practical exercises.
Post training assistance consists of up to three hours coaching and assistance on difficulties relating to the application of the LAB Profile.
Formation of study groups and continuous interaction with other LAB Profilers are recommended.
