CBIA started in 2007 to offer information protection awareness training to government departments and employees. These workshops are specifically tailored to provide government employees with a broad understanding of developments in the modern world. Many in sensitive positions have misconceptions about the value of the information that they handle and many do not have a proper understanding of their roles and responsibilities in this regard.
These exclusive workshops are presented in the main centres and in-house at departments. More than 2700 government employees on all levels have attended these workshops and briefings since 2007.
A brochure and registration for the Information Protection Awareness Workshop is here
